Great idea ...

Deciding to go without AC and looking for ways to keep cool, I find this works fine until body heat warms it up, which is rather quickly. Then it's a constant movement to remove it to let the heat dissipate before returning it to the pillow. Great idea but I wouldn't buy it again.

Over all nice product

I needed something to help with frequent hot flashes and sweats at night. I had one given to me, then I ordered this one (another of the same). It really is ready to use, right out of the box! The size is a little small, but still helps to keep me cool for a while. I put it below my pillow to keep my upper back cool. It absorbs your body heat, so when it gets hot, too, I switch it out for the other one. Only stays cool for up to an hour for me, even when refrigerated first, but that's long enough to help until you fall asleep, so over all this is a nice product. Thank you.
